Shell Villas isn't a listings aggregator — it's a team that has lived and worked on Koh Samui for over 8 years, personally inspecting villas, knowing every area and watching service quality on each property.
How it started
Shell Villas didn't grow out of a marketing plan — it grew out of a simple observation: guests kept getting lost in dozens of sites with the same pool photos, and owners kept getting lost in opaque management setups with confusing fees.
We've lived and worked on Koh Samui for over 8 years: personally visiting villas, talking to owners, seeing the areas from the inside rather than from a drone shot — we know which pool photo was shot wide-angle to hide how small it is, and which home is genuinely spacious with good service.
Today our database holds over 300 verified villas, with around 40 properties under our full management. The principle has stayed the same since day one: one villa that actually fits, instead of an endless list of options.

Do you handle long-term rentals?
Yes, alongside short-term stays we also find villas for rentals of several months.

Yes, that's an additional service — we support villa purchase and sale deals on Koh Samui, from finding the property to closing the deal.
What languages do you work in?
Russian and English — both the site and our communication are available in either language.
